Week 57: Much Fruit

Hello everyone!! It been another great week for me here in San Juan. I'm loving it here, and I love my companion Elder Saberdo. I'm convinced that I'm in the best area in the whole mission.

The work right now is good. Our area is progressing finally, it seems like my whole time here we're finally seeing some rewards for our labors.

One thing that I've learned over my mission is that this work can sometimes (often) be a challenge. It requires a lot of patience, faith, and love.. Not always do things work out the way we plan them to.

I came across this scripture yesterday "He that is faithful, the same shall be kept and blessed with much fruit."

I know that sometimes we do things that are hard but if we are faithful through it all, we will see the fruit from our labors. That's what it's all about :)

* Mom note--he did send this one pic to me when we were chatting....he was late getting online yesterday because he was at a "boodle fight"--which is basically just a feast. A member had it to celebrate his upcoming birthday on Wednesday!
