Hello everyone!! Another week down, already! Pretty crazy. it went by really fast. This week was a much better week for me. I felt like God was truly there for me and gave me greater assurance and confidence in doing the things that are asked of me. With a greater responsibility, comes a great potential to learn and to become more like our Savior Jesus Christ.

I have good news for everyone, I actually took some pictures this week. you are all welcome :)

Another exchange this week. So basically an exchange is where you have a different companion for a day. What we do here in the office as AP's is go on exchanges with all of the zone leaders (the leaders of the mission), we're supposed to show an example area and show how to do missionary work to them. I've already learned a lot from the 2 I've been on so far. I'm excited to continue going on them with more Elders to learn more from others :)

some other pics of a part member family we're teaching

I got this cool wooden nametag, it's in Illokano. Basically this language everyone speaks here is Illokano, not Tagalog. It's like the "native dialect" here. it sounds super cool. my favorite phrase. Nabanggsit ta kili-kilim. haha. (your armpit stinks)

Saw my aunt on general conference (i think that's her) we pretty much fast forwarded through the songs due to time crunch but I saw her here - that's pretty cool :)

if you all remember that giant lizard head picture that I found on the side of the road, well, we finally tried some! It was pretty good.

Well that's my week! lots of pictures! haha. I really liked general conference this past week, I learned a lot. The questions I had were for sure answered in many ways.

I really liked this quote by Hans Boom "Sometimes we might feel that we are.. only good enough to play a minor part in the performance. But let me tell you that your sound is making all the difference."

This hit me hard, and changed my attitude about this week. I know that all of us contribute so much to the body of Christ and to the song of His gospel. Despite our imperfections and weaknesses, he can use us to create the most beautiful melody.

Love you all!! Never forget your worth!!
